Kieran deGuzman

Some of Kieran’s most prominent childhood memories are working on house projects with his dad. Kieran’s interest in building ultimately lead him to pursue an Engineering degree from the University of Washington.

While working as an engineer, Kieran completed renovations for himself and family members before deciding to pursue construction full time.

Kieran has found his passion in new construction and enjoys partnering with skilled crafts people who share a similar attention to detail. Kieran’s homes stand out for their quality, livability, and attention to sustainability.

Building or buying a home is the biggest purchase most people will ever make. I take that seriously. Every home Bungalow builds is designed to live well - thoughtful layout, durable materials, and finishes that hold up over time.

I stay involved throughout the entire process, from design through final walkthrough. I work with trusted tradespeople who share the same standards, and I'm always looking for ways to improve - better materials, smarter details, more efficient systems.

About Kris

Kris Larson

Kris grew up in Edmonds, WA. Kris worked for 6 years as a commercial fisherman in Alaska before entering residential construction in 2020.

Kris’s background working on commercial boats ensures he is no stranger to the wet weather and hard work that comes with building homes inthe Pacific Northwest.

Kris is now a carpenter and Field Lead on site for Bungalow Building. Hehas a strong attention to detail and an eye for quality and function.
